We had an amazing experience at Ramada. The staff (especially Mr Shubham) was very helpful and prompt in providing service. The New Year Party hosted by Ramada was grand party and I had a lot of fun with my family.

Overall good experience.. the hotel is in a good location for the view and very close proximity to Mall road, rooms are decent sized .. and bathrooms are slightly small. Service is very good.. we were not feeling very well and the entire staff made sure we got what was needed

Very old property with average rooms definitely not worth the price. Worst part is we were given the worst room in the hotel although complete hotel was empty. We were forced to wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning due to very loud sound of people talking and vehicle moving since our room was just above the main entrance and with 0 noise insulation. Multiple requests to change the room were simply ignored. Only food and restaurant staff was good.

The experience at Ramada Mussorie was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed it here. The only problem faced was the noise during the night due to a family partying which was not controlled by the hotel services. Otherwise an amazing stay experience.

Hotel facilities were absolutely fantastic. Location is bang on just on the mall road. Hotel staff especially Shubham and Aditya were brilliant in their hospitality. Great work by the entire team. Highly recommended! Cheers!

Very friendly staffs especially Mr. Shubham who is always smiling, ready to help. Good hospitality, nice food and great ambience. Mr. Tripan has also been very helpful and friendly. Good job by all and great experience. Keep up the good work. Thank you to Mr. Manjot too. Location is picture palace, mall road.
